The festival kicks off on the evening of May 19 with a street party, followed by activities and attractions the next day at Mill Creek Park in South Portland.

Drew is the night reporter for the Portland Press Herald. He previously covered South Portland, Scarborough and Cape Elizabeth for the Sentry, Leader and Southern Forecaster.
