Time Warner Cable has launched a new Spanish-language version of its customer-service website for subscribers in the Northeast, including Maine, company officials announced today.

The site provides a full range of detail on Time Warner Cable products and services in Spanish. In the future, the site will evolve to promote specific subscriber packages and Spanish culture-related offers.

“Until now, providing a full description of our services to Spanish-speaking prospects was a challenge,” said Time Warner spokesman Jeff Unaitis. “Having a Spanish-language website gives us the platform to fully display and describe all our products and services, and allows customers to explore all of our self-help options and detailed information to help them get the most out of their cable viewing.”
