MANCHESTER, N.H. — A New Hampshire lawyer is a new vice president for FairPoint Communications who will lead the utility’s internal legal team in northern New England.
Patrick McHugh has been an attorney specializing in telecommunications.
FairPoint says McHugh has appeared before the Public Utilities Commissions of New Hampshire and Maine.
FairPoint owns the predominant landline communications systems in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
