Chip Flanagan of Portland works Wednesday to remove original planks from the hull of a 40-foot cutter named Grebe, which was built in 1933. Flanagan, a boat builder for 30 years, is rebuilding the cutter on Custom House Wharf in Portland and plans to launch it in June.
