PORTLAND — A 29-year-old Portland man faces up to 20 years in prison after being convicted on cocaine charges.

A federal jury today found Wolker Georges guilty of conspiring to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine.

Prosecutors told jurors that Georges regularly supplied multiple ounces of cocaine to other drug dealers in Maine. When drug agents searched George’s apartment, they confiscated cocaine with an estimated street value of $25,000 along with two handguns, digital scales and more than $30,000 in cash.
