BRADY FLEURENT
Boys’ Hockey
Fleurent went from being a very good freshman to a dominant sophomore, leading Biddeford to an undefeated regular season. He led Class A in scoring with 66 points in 21 games, producing 32 goals and 34 assists. He also excelled on both the power play and penalty killing units.
SOPHIE GOULET
Girls’ hockey
Goulet, a senior, combined superior skating, slick stick-handling and a lot of hockey smarts to lead St. Dominic to a 20-1 record and the state championship. Not surprisingly, she was absent during her team’s one loss. Goulet scored 24 goals and added 20 assists, but it was her presence on the ice as a defensive stopper and offensive catalyst that propelled St. Dom’s to its championship.
