PORTLAND — The Portland Sea Dogs finished their season like they did most of their games, with a loss.

The New Hampshire Fisher Cats won their third straight against Portland, 8-3 this afternoon before 4,763 at Hadlock Field.

The Sea Dogs finished with a franchise-worst 59-83 record.

Portland had only six hits in the game, but two were home runs – a two-run shot by Jeremy Hazelbaker and a solo homer by Oscar Tejeda.

The Sea Dogs’ schedule for 2012 will be announced later this month and tickets go on sale Nov. 5.
