PORTLAND — Falmouth High will defend its Class B state tennis titles Saturday after its boys and girls teams each won Western Maine titles.

Falmouth’s girls, who haven’t dropped a set this spring, rolled to a 5-0 victory over No. 2 Yarmouth (12-3) this morning inside the Racket & Fitness Center on Outer Congress Street.

Falmouth’s boys (15-0) had a tougher time with No. 3 Cape Elizabeth (12-3) before emerging with a 4-1 victory.

Falmouth will face Ellsworth in the Class B boys state final Saturday morning at Colby College in Waterville. In the concurrent girls final, Falmouth will face Waterville. Both are rematches of last year’s state championships.
