Democratic U.S. Rep. Mike Michaud has been called “dishonest” by Republican Gov. Paul LePage.
In my opinion and in my experience in serving in the Legislature with Mike, there isn’t a dishonest bone in his body. One could go to Mike for a vote, advice or just to talk about a piece of legislation and be assured that his reaction would be measured, thoughtful, considerate, even when he disagreed with my opinion.
Mike does not pick fights and attack others on their opinion, even when he disagrees. He’ll always do the right thing for the benefit of all the people of Maine when weighing his position on legislation.
He is a man you can trust and will work hard for us. How do I know this? By serving with him for 16 years in the Maine Legislature.
