Oct. 4 is when “The Color Purple” permeates Portland residences.
As one old bag, having to transition into a new old bag, I wonder why the stores seemed to have made the blue city garbage bags disappear because it makes my face turn purple with rage when we still have at least eight more weeks to go.
Somewhere over the rainbow, there is an answer.
