Family

Kalloch Family, starting at 9 am. Aug. 15, 148th annual reunion at the Finnish Heritage Center, Route 131, South Thomaston. Includes socializing, genealogy, and a private visit, by reservation only, to Montpelier, the home of Washington’s general Henry Knox. Military

The 195th Maine Army National Guard Band, Sept. 13, at the Brewer Performing Arts Center as part of the Brewer Days celebration. All former members of the 195th are encouraged to attend, regardless of length of service. Events will include a rehearsal conducted by past and present unit commanders, a public concert at noon and a barbecue social at Jeff’s Catering in Brewer.
