Protesters in Portland joined national demonstrations against federal funding for Planned Parenthood on Saturday, WCSH-TV reported.

The station said the protesters were particularly upset by videos released this summer that purport to show Planned Parenthood staff members talking about selling fetal tissue for profit.

Planned Parenthood officials have said the videos were unfairly edited and don’t show any wrongdoing by the staff members.

Protesters lined the sidewalk Saturday in front of Planned Parenthood’s clinic on Congress Street.

Similar protests were held at about 320 clinics around the country, The Washington Post reported, with groups ranging in size from a few dozen protesters to more than a thousand saying federal funding should be cut off.
