The truffle combines white chocolate, Moxie and a splash of Cold River Vodka, and is dipped in 70 percent dark chocolate.
The truffle will be available at the Dean's Sweets Portland store, 82 Middle St., beginning Wednesday.
St. Demetrios to hold Greek Festival Friday to Sunday
If you missed the annual Greek Festival in Portland, don't despair. The St. Demetrios Greek Festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
The festival is organized by St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 186 Bradley St. (Route 5). It features homemade Greek food and pastries, a book store, a food store, church tours and live dancing Friday and Saturday evenings.
Admission is free, and the event is handicapped-accessible. A free shuttle bus will run from 5 to 10 p.m. from the Saco Parks & Recreation Center and Shaw's Plaza.

Saltwater Farm Cafe & Market to host Bastille Day party
