Crash on I-295 near Forest Ave. snarls traffic

PORTLAND – Police dispatchers said a crashon Interstate 295 near Forest Avenue shortly after 3:30 p.m. on Monday has snarled traffic in the southbound lanes.

Little information was immediately available, but one car had overturned and there were initial reports of injuries. Their severity wasn't immediately known.
