Pirates snap losing streak

PORTLAND — David Rundblad, Alexandre Bolduc and Andy Miele each scored a goal and had an assist as the Portland Pirates snapped a three-game losing streak with a 6-3 win against the Adirondack Phantoms in an AHL game Wednesday night at the Cumeberland County Civic Center.

Jordan Szwarz, Chris Brown and Brett Hextall also scored goals for the Pirates.

Former University of Maine forward Matt Mangene scored a first-period goal for the Phantoms.
