The next regular meeting of the 1st Ladies of the Lakes Red Hat Society will be Saturday, May 7 at the Caswell House Restaurant in Harrison at 12:30 p.m. Any member planning to attend should call Queen Mother Sharon Sampson by May 1.
The June 4 meeting will be held at Colonial Mast Pool in Naples. If you do not wish to swim or use the hot tub, that is fine, but do join us for the fun. We are “brown bagging” lunch for this meeting and also conducting a Yankee Swap, so please bring a small, wrapped gift, bearing no names as to recipient or giver.
There will also be a “rummage sale” of your unwanted, gently used or new, red hat clothing or accessory items. No need to wrap these up, just bring them along. Please be sure to contact Queen Sharon if you plan to attend this event so we know how many seats are needed.
Don’t forget we will be participating in the July 4th parades of both Naples and Bridgton. If you can help decorate the float and have not already signed up, please tell the Queen.
August 6 will be the 2nd Annual Village Green Tea Party. We will get more information to you, as it is available.
