Maine’s main dish is best enjoyed when consumed near the water. Aimhi Lodge serves up the ultimate Lobster Cookout on the sandy shores of Little Sebago Lake and early next month Aimhi will be the venue for a lobster bake to support the Little Sebago Lake Association.

Steaming clams, succulent lobster, fresh crisp corn on the cob, all roasted on an outdoor fire on the beach, bringing you the freshest taste of the season in a perfect Maine setting. Top it off with grilled cheeseburgers or chicken and their traditional homemade brownies.

LSLA will be presenting a fundraising Aimhi Lobster Bake on Sun. July 10 starting at 5 p.m. (rain date Mon. July 11). The tax deductible contribution for the event is $100 per person, which will help aid milfoil removal efforts. BYOB, ice is provided.

To purchase tickets contact Doug Burke 428-3030; Sharon Lamontagne 773-9611 or Scott Lowell 653-4378.
