Casco Days, put on by the Casco Fire Association, is a 70-year tradition for the small town.

The three-day festival attracts both residents and visitors with its midway, fireworks, parades, and performances. And if that’s not enough, there’s plenty of food.

Over 200 area volunteers work the event, which raises over $100,000 a year for equipment and for local non-profit organizations.

The children’s parade is a highlight that inspires many families to work together to create imaginative floats and costumes.

Friday night’s chicken barbecue and Saturday’s breakfast both benefit Project Graduation. And this year’s festival features Rick Charette and the Bubble Gum Band as Saturday evening’s entertainment.
