Jeremy M. Gregor, 22, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on May 10, 2005, and was fined $700 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Jennifer S. LaPierre, 20, of Sanford had a charge of a minor transporting liquor in Gorham on May 7, 2005, dismissed.

Kimberly A. Orgorzelec, 37, of North Waterboro was found guilty on a charge of attaching false plates in Gorham on May 16, 2005, and was fined $150.

Chris Redfern, 27, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating unregistered ATV in Gorham on May 20, 2005, and was fined $100. He was also found guilty on a charge of operating an ATV on public way and was fined $100.

Derek Sanderson, 22, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Gorham on May 18, 2005, and was fined $250.

Amy Gibson, 27, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Gorham, on May 24, 2005, and was fined $750.

Zachary P. Hutchins, 26, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Scarborough on May 10, 2005, and was fined $250.

Brandon Libby, 18, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Gorham on March 14, 2005, and was fined $250.

Tina Adams, 36, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Westbrook on Jan. 27, 2005, and was fined $300, restitution $60.

Jeremy Corey, 20, of Biddeford was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Gorham on Dec. 9, 2004, and was fined $500.

Carissa Fifield, 19, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of criminal mischief in Gorham on April 25, 2005, and was fined $200, restitution $200.

James Fletcher, 40, of South Portland paid by waiver a fine of $200 for operating after suspension in Gorham on May 18, 2005.

Terrance J. Gould, 50, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana in Westbrook on April 2, 2005 and was fined $200. He was also found guilty on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and was fined $100.

Christopher Johnsen, 46, of East Baldwin was found guilty on a charge of rule violation, not listed prior in Gorham, on March 2, 2005 and was fined $100. He was also found guilty on a charge of rule violation Z not listed prior and was fined $100.

Heidi Knight, 33, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Portland on April 14, 2005 and was fined $500. She was also found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger and was fined $400 and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.

Nicholas Lavigne, 19, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of criminal trespass in South Portland on May 24, 2005, and was fined $200.

Benjamin Shorr, 20, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana in Gorham on May 11, 2004 and was fined $400, restitution $90.

Mark A. Smith, Jr., 22, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on Jan. 11, 2005 and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 90 days. He was also found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug and was fined $140, restitution $110.

Eric Solomon,38, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of terrorizing in Scarborough on July 10, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours. He was also found guilty on a charge of disorderly conduct and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 24 hours.

Gary Paul St.Laurent, 35, of Springvale was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Scarborough and was fined $250.

Michelle Herbert, 28, of Sanford was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Windham on Sept. 14, 2004 and was sentenced to Cumberland county Jail for 24 hours.

Stephen A. Johnson, 49, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Cumberland May 30, 2005 and was fined $100.

Crystal A. Le, 26, of Chicago, Ill was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on May 25, 2005 and was fined $700 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Milan Miller, 69, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of taxicab driver license expired in South Portland on May 25, 2005 and was fined $100.

Marcy e. Pierce, 23, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on May 20, 2005 and was fined $250.

Adam Richards, 44, of Eliot was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on Dec. 31, 2004 and was fined $600, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 4 days and had license suspended for 90 days.

Isaac V. Siegfried, 16, of Alna was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in South Portland on Jun. 3, 2005 and was fined $250.

Dennis Spaulding, 34, of South Portland was found guilty on charges of violating condition of release and violating protective order in South Portland on May 5, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all but 67 days suspended and given probation of 2 years on each charge. He was also found guilty on a charge of assault in South Portland on Apr. 14, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland county Jail for 67 days. Two other charges of assault were dismissed.

Rocco L. Tripaldi, 25, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of failure to register vehicle in South Portland on Jun. 4, 2005 and was fined $150.

Michael Venezia, 25, of Naples was found guilty on charges of burglary of a motor vehicle and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Windham on Oct. 28, 2004 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 14 days on each charge.

Peter Joseph Willette, 30, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in South Portland on Apr. 15, 2005 and was fined $150.

Jessie M. York, 20, of Gardiner was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Sept. 28, 2004 and was fined $200.

Jessica L. Zouzoumas, 20, of Old Orchard Beach was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Jan. 8, 2005 and was fined $250.

Francis Brown, 53, of Saco was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – 1 prior in Scarborough on Jun. 4, 2005 and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland county Jail for 7 days and had license suspended for 18 months.

Lawrence M. Carpman, 52, of Marshfield, Mass had a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in south Portland on Apr. 24, 2005 dismissed.

Jason C. Cogswell, 31, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended/revoked-OUI, prior in Scarborough on May 8, 2005 and was fined $500. He was also found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended/revoked-OUI, prior in Scarborough on Apr. 17, 2005 and was fined $500.

Collard, 19, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Scarborough on Jun. 4, 2005 and was fined $250.He was also found guilty on a charge of a minor transporting liquor in Scarborough on Jun. 4, 2005 and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 1 year. A charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Miranda Dixon, 31, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on Oct. 5, 2004 and was fined $250.

Joshua Frank, 21, of Westbrook had a charge of violating condition of release in Westbrook on May 30, 2005 dismissed.

Laken S. Hall, 19, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana in Scarborough on Jun. 1, 2005 and was fined $200.

Jeffrey D. Huner, 48, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Scarborough on Jun. 7, 2005 and was fined $750.

Nicholas Lavigne, 19, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit in Gorham on Jun. 4, 2005.

Ryan Kelley, 22, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Windham on May 28, 2005, and was fined $850 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 5 days.

Dexter Lord, II, 25, of Gorham was found guilty on charges of using counterfeit vehicle inspection sticker and operation of defective vehicle in Scarborough on April 10, 2005, and was fined $500 on each charge.

Virginia L. McDonough, 32, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Portland on May 16, 2005, and was fined $750.

Joshua E. Tubbs, 20, of Raymond was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Gorham on April 30, 2005, and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 30 days.

Adam Uldall, 24, of Lewiston was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Windham on May 4, 2005, and was fined $600. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.

He was found guilty on a charge of operating ATV on public way and was fined $100. He was found guilty on a charge of operating an unregistered ATV and was fined $100.

Rachel A. Garnsey, 19, of Standish was found guilty on charges of operating ATV on public way and and operating unregistered ATV in Gorham on Jun. 4, 2005 and was fined $100 on each charge.

Marissa Rae Gorman, 28, of Saco was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended/revoked-OUI, prior in Westbrook on Apr. 28, 2005 and was fined $500, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 7 days and had license suspended for 1 year. She was also found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked-OUI in Portland on Apr. 5, 2005 and was fined $500, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 7 days and had license suspended for 1 year.
