Dave Cousins claimed his seventh national field title for men’s compound archery earlier this month at the National Field Championships and World Field Trials in Spokane, Wash.
The Standish resident took first in the male compound category with a score of 716, six points ahead of his closest competitor.
Cousins will be one of three archers representing the U.S. in the men’s compund at the 20th World Field Archery Championships, held later this summer in Gottenburg, Sweden.
