A first-year student at Denison University from Cape Elizabeth is among those named as winners of a Founders Scholarship.
Isabel Mullin, daughter of Peter and Pamela Mullin of Cape Elizabeth, was selected based on criteria including her potential to make a significant contribution to both the Denison classroom and the Denison community, her academic record, standardized test scores, extracurricular achievements, essay and recommendations.
Denison’s Founders Scholarship totals about half the tuition. It stays constant during the student’s enrollment at Denison, located in Granville, Ohio.
Mullin is a 2006 graduate of Cape Elizabeth High School.
