These Scarborough boys, grades 2-4, participated on a new Scarborough Travel Basketball team formed this year. Twelve boys played on the team, which played its games at Plummer School Gym in Falmouth on Sundays. The team’s last games were Sunday, Feb. ll.

In the past, boys had either to be in fifth grade, or capable of making that team as a younger player, to play travel basketball. The Travel organization decided to reach into lower grades this year to give kids in second, third, and fourth grades the chance for additional basketball after the Community Services season ended.

Boys on the roster were: Elliott Engelman, Roy Garland, Matt Gedaro, Juan German, Alex Giles, Dan Hinrichs, Ryan Huber, Ben Irish, Brendan Kane, Emmett Peoples (absent from photo), Kyle Russo and Sam Warren.

Coaches of the team were Dan Warren and Tom Hinrichs.
