Bridget S. Stevens has joined the Real Estate Practice Group at Bernstein Shur in Portland. Her practice areas will include commercial leasing, acquisitions, land use matters and permitting.
A resident of South Portland, Stevens has served previously as a land use real estate attorney in Portland and as an intern at the Vermont Federal Public Defender’s Office. She also worked for the Sierra Club and published a resource guide on environmental justice in 2002.
Stevens is a 2006 cum laude graduate of the Vermont School of Law and a 2002 graduate of Colorado College in Colorado Springs. She was president of the Colorado College Cycling Team, a Rocky Mountain Conference Champion in road-bike racing, and a 2001 All American.
