Another Legion baseball tryout
The Libby-Mitchell American Legion Post 76 baseball team will hold its third tryout at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, May 28, at the Bonny Eagle High School field. The tryout will be conducted by Libby-Mitchell Head Coach Will Sanborn and Assistant Coach Jim Cronin.
Players interested in playing on either the new “junior” Legion team for Libby-Mitchell, or the traditional senior Legion team should show up with hat, glove and spikes and be ready to play. Players will need an original copy of their birth certificate, and they’ll also need to set aside time to fill out a team registration form.
