On Oct. 3, at around 10 a.m., a resident of Mitchell Hill Road reported a burglar had gained entrance to his home through the garage. The burglar set off the alarm and did not take anything from the home.

Holmes goods

On Oct. 3, at around 5:30 p.m., a resident of Holmes Road reported a burglary. Stolen was approximately $1,000 worth of jewelry, a camera, thyroid medication and $10 in loose change.

Rummaged through

On Oct. 4, at around 8: 30 a.m., a resident of Broadturn Road reported a burglary. Two bottles of rum worth $50 were stolen from the home.
