Healing Hearts, a short-term therapy group for men and women who grew up in families affected by alcohol, drugs and/or mental illness, is being offered in Bridgton by

Dianne Sinclair, a licensed clinical professional counselor.

The group will meet at her office at 82 Main St. in Bridgton Thursday evenings from 6:30-8 p.m. for eight weeks beginning March 27.

“This will be an action-oriented group,” said Sinclair. “We will talk, watch movie clips and do simple art and writing projects. Absolutely no experience is required. The group will help people recognize the strengths and challenges that they face as adults and how to use them for healing.”

To schedule a free, no-obligation appointment in order to find out if this group is for you, call Sinclair at 647-5332. MaineCare will be accepted.
