The following cases, which occurred in 2007 unless otherwise indicated, were handled in Cumberland County Superior Court in September 2007:

Bryn M. Steele, 33, of Standish had a filing with conditions on a charge of disorderly conduct in Westbrook on March 5 and was fined $200.

Brian Sturgis, 36, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of engaging a prostitute in Portland on April 20 and was fined $250.

Erin M. Walker, 28, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on May 4 and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.

The following cases, which occurred in 2007 unless otherwise indicated, were handled in Cumberland County Superior Court in October 2007:

James R. Beane, 21, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of criminal trespass in Gorham on Dec. 15, 2005, and was given unconditional discharge. He was also found guilty on a charge of assault (no fine listed).

Paul A. Bower, 33, of Gorham violated probation on a charge of operating under the influence – one prior in Scarborough on April 26, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for five days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

William Boyd, 38, of Waterville was found guilty on two charges of assault in Westbrook on Jan. 20, and was fined $150, sentenced to Department of Corrections for one year, all suspended and given probation of two years on each charge.

Amanda Bridges, 29, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Westbrook on March 15, and was fined $400. She was also found guilty on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon and was fined $250.

Fredette Brown, 31, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of hydrocodone in Westbrook on Aug. 4, 2006, and was fined $400, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for nine months and given probation of one year.

Christopher Butts, 23, of Poland was found guilty on charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention and violating condition of release in Westbrook on July 7, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for three days on each charge. A charge of operating after registration was suspended was dismissed.

Brent M. Carter, 19, of Dixfield was found guilty on a charge of assault in Gorham on Dec. 1, 2006, and was fined $500 and given community service 72 hours within. A charge of gross sexual assault was dismissed.

Duaine T. Carter, 37, of East Baldwin was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – two priors in Gorham on March 25, and was fined $1,100, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days and had license suspended for 18 months. A charge of operating while license was suspended/revoked-OUI, prior was dismissed.

John Chayer, 29, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Portland on June 9, and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Tania Cleaves, 40, of Buxton was found guilty on a charge of harassment by telephone in Brunswick on Feb. 20, and was fined $250.

Matthew Dalton, 18, of Gorham had a filing with conditions on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Gorham on March 12, and was fined $500.

Todd Denson, 47, of Westbrook was found guilty on two charges of theft by deception in Westbrook on Jan. 21, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 24 months, restitution $2,150 on each charge. He was also found guilty on two charges of violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six months on each charge.

LeeAnne M. Desbiens, 24, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook on Nov. 11, 2006, and was fined $1000.

Tanya Lee Ennis, 27, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on June 6, and was fined $250. A charge of operating after registration was suspended was dismissed.

Corey Faulkner, 22, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Yarmouth on July 9, and was fined $400, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for nine months, all but seven days suspended and given probation of one year.

Joseph J. Felton, 38, of Arundel had transferred to another court a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Gorham on Sept. 13, 2006.

Deborah Finney, 48, of Naples was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Gorham on Dec. 6, 2006 and was fined $500, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and had license suspended for 90 days. A charge of operating after habitual offender revocation, prior was dismissed.

Michael Fournier, 23, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of failing to report in Portland and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days.

Michael Mark Fournier, 23, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked – OUI in Gorham on Jan. 31, and was fined $600, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days and had license suspended for one year. He was also found guilty on a charge of failing to stop for officer and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days.

Eleonora R. Guizdeva, 23, of Portland had a filing with conditions on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook on March 7, and was fined $100.

Royce R. Guptill, 22, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on Dec. 15, 2005, and was fined $200.

Rogers Harrell, 41, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of assault in Portland on Aug. 26, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for five months. Three charges of sexual abuse of a minor were all dismissed.

Walter Haycock, 35, of Westbrook was found guilty on charges of aggravated criminal trespass and assault in Westbrook on Jan. 2, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven months on each charge.

Alice Hebert, 52, of Westbrook had a charge of criminal mischief in Westbrook on April 11, dismissed.

George L. Henderson, 38, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation, prior in Falmouth on April 2, and was fined $1,000 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six months. A charge of endangering the welfare of a child was dismissed.

Hannah Jeffords, 23, of Windham violated probation on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and burglary in Gorham on Sept. 1, 2004, and had probation partially revoked, probation continued, no sentence imposed on either charge.

Joseph Kay, 27, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on March 29, and was fined $600 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Lori A. Leclair, 43, of Steuben violated probation on charges of forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for five months, probation partially revoked on each charge.

Herbert Libby, 46, of North Gorham had charges of assault and criminal threatening in Raymond on July 26, both dismissed.

Robert A. Lunt, 37, of Westbrook was found guilty of assault in Westbrook on July 12, and was fined $300. He was found guilty on a charge of obstructing report of crime (no fine listed).

Joseph Malarsie, 18, of Standish had a filing with conditions on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in Gorham on April 13, and was fined $250.

John J. Mazziotti, 56, of Westbrook had a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on June 15, dismissed.

Scott Miller, 42, of Cornish was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – two priors in Westbrook on July 19, and was fined $1,100, sentenced to Department of Corrections for one year, all but 30 days suspended, given probation of two years, had license suspended for four years and registration suspended.. He was also found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days.

Stella E. Morton, 48, of Westbrook had a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook on June 1, 2005, dismissed.

Todd R. Mosier, 30, of Buxton was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Scarborough on July 17, 2006, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for five years, all suspended, given probation of two years, restitution $3,450.

Irving J. Myrick, 41, of Windham had a filing without conditions on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Westbrook on April 14.

Edward M. Needham IV, 40, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Portland on April 8, and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Lawrence Proctor, 23, of Gorham was found guilty on two charges of robbery in Gorham on June 18, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven years, all but 15 months suspended, given probation of three years, restitution of $501.29 on each charge.

Wesley Ridlon, 26, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Windham on May 17, and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 90 days.

James Robertson, 33, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of terrorizing in South Portland on March 15, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days.

Aaron Runner, 22, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Portland on April 6, and was fined $800, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for four days and had license suspended for 90 days.

Bruce A. Scott, 28, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of assault in Westbrook on Aug. 2, 2005, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 90 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Marc Sears, 27, of Westbrook violated probation on a charge of robbery in Portland on Aug. 25, 2004, and had probation partially revoked. No sentence imposed.

Mark Sheloske, 49, of Poland was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook on June 1, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for two years, all but 10 days suspended, given probation of three years, restitution $15,000.

Aaron Stoddard, 28, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – two priors in Scarborough on July 26, and was fined $1,100, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for four years, all but 18 months suspended and given probation of two years. He was found guilty on a charge of aggravated operating after revocation and was fined $1,000, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 18 months and given probation of two years. He was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days.

Leah Thurlow, 51, of Springvale was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook on July 28, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for nine months.

Kristopher Whynot, 26, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of failing to stop for officer in Gorham on May 26, and was fined $200. He was found guilty on a charge of operating ATV under the influence and was fined $600 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours.

Peter Wildes Sr., 39, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of oxycodone in Scarborough on April 1, and was fined $1,000.

Scott Zwicher, 47, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit in Windham on May 5, 2007, and was fined $1,000.
