3/21 at 1:27 a.m. Darren Demelle, 31, was arrested on Mussey Road by Officer Seth Page on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license. 

3/21 at 1:29 a.m.  Jacob MacGillivary, 32, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Jeff Levesque on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/21 at 4:59 p.m. A 17-year-old was arrested on a warrant by Officer David Stailing on Highland Avenue. 

3/21 at 9:28 p.m. Larry Plummer, 51, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Peter Corbett on a charge of probation violation.

3/22 at 12:05 a.m. Jorge Delvalle, 29, was arrested on the Casco Bay Bridge by Officer Jeff Levesque on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/25 at 9:16 a.m. Adam Dill, 38, was arrested on Main Street by Officer John Bostwick on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and criminal trespass. 

3/25 at 3:17 p.m. Meghan Perreault, 24, a transient, was arrested on Colin Kelly Road by Officer Christopher Todd on a charge of violation of a protective order. 

3/25 at 4 p.m. Tiana Clark, 25, of Chelsea, Mass., was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Scott Corbett on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, operating without a license and refusing to sign a civil violation.

3/25 at 10:53 p.m. Scott Corbett, 35, was arrested on a warrant on Westbrook Street by Officer Christopher Todd and on charges of operating after suspension and violation of condition of release.

3/26 at 12:40 p.m. Steven Wright, 42, of Cape Elizabeth, was arrested on a warrant on Veteran’s Memorial Bridge by Officer Peter Corbett on a charge of aggravated trafficking/furnishing of scheduled drugs.  

3/26 at 1:49 p.m. Robert Dennison, 29, was arrested on Chapel Street by Officer David Stailing on a charge of domestic violence assault.

3/21 at 5:27 p.m. Two 15-year-olds, of Alfred and Lyman, were summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Rocco Navarro on charges of theft by unauthorized taking.

3/23 at 5:30 a.m. Jessica Flanagan, 26, was summonsed on Western Avenue by Officer Brian McCarthy on a charge of operating after suspension. 

3/23 at 7:10 a.m. A 17-year-old was summonsed on Highland Avenue by Officer Allen Andrews on a charge of assault. 

3/25 at 2:51 p.m. Hannah Stanley, 18, of Peru, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Christopher Todd on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

3/25 at 6:20 p.m. A 14-year-old, of West Baldwin, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Christopher Todd on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

3/26 at 7:48 p.m. Amanda Wilcox, 27, was summonsed on Cottage Road by Officer Jeffrey Pooler on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and operating after suspension. 

3/27 at 5:51 p.m. Pedro Rios, 38, was summonsed on Broadway by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

A pound of pot

3/25 Mason Farrer, 18, of York, was arrested by Maine State Police on drug trafficking charges after being pulled over for speeding on Interstate 295 in South Portland. Troopers received a tip that Farrer was transporting marijuana in his 2002 Volvo from Orono to York, where police believe it was destined for high school students. Once pulled over, a South Portland police dog was called in and indicated there were drugs in the truck. Police reportedly uncovered two half-pound bags of pot. The two other 18-year-olds with Farrer were not charged.

Morning wine

3/25 at 9:16 a.m. Police were called to a Main Street convenience store for a report of a man who had tried to steal a bottle of wine. The man, Adam Dill, 38, was reportedly prohibited from even entering the store. Dill was arrested on charges of theft and criminal trespass. 

Suspicious minds

3/25 at 4 p.m. Police stopped a vehicle on Westbrook Street for suspicious activity reported by a plain clothes officer. A subsequent search of the vehicle produced a pipe and a small amount of what police suspected was cocaine. Tiana Clark, 25, of Chelsea, Mass., was arrested on charges of possession of a scheduled drug, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, operating without a license and refusing to sign a civil violation summons.
