TOPSHAM — The McTeague Higbee law firm will provide free assistance to people completing advance health-care directives at its office at 4 Union Park on Friday, April 16, as part of National Healthcare Decisions Day.
People can walk in any time between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., and assistance should take about 15-30 minutes.
Advance health-care directives are instructions given by individuals that specify what actions should be taken for people’s health in the event they are no longer able to make decisions due to illness or incapacity.
