5/2 at 10:55 a.m. Timothy D. Strout, 20, of East Baldwin, was arrested by Officer Bruce Flanders at Juniper East on a warrant from Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of failure to pay restitution.

Summonses

4/30 at 10:21 p.m. Pamela Leigh Sawyer, 47, of Bridge Street, was summonsed by Officer Charles Perkins on a charge of operating under the influence.

And another thing

4/26 at 8:15 a.m. Police reported a male in a pickup was waiting to speak to a woman when she arrived for work on Route 1. The two had been in a prior relationship and he wanted to speak to her. Police talked to the man, and he left the area.

Not a good idea

4/26 at 8:14 a.m. Police were notified of a man leaning over a guardrail on Route 1. Police said the man was later found on Route 1 apparently not suicidal.
