With 95 percent of the vote counted, all four bond questions before Maine voters have been approved.

Updated results this afternoon show the $23 million, Question 4 economic development bond winning by a slim margin, with 51 percent of voters in favor and 49 percent against, according to The Associated Press.

Margins for the other three questions were much wider.

The Question 2 bond, which directs $26 million to energy efficiency and wind power, won approval by a margin of 59 percent to 41 percent.

The Question 3 bond, which includes $47 million for road, rail and harbor improvements, won with 58 percent of voters in favor and 42 percent against.

The Question 5 drinking water bond, which allocates $10 million for water and sewer projects, won by a margin of 55 percent to 45  percent.
