Local Knights council wins award for service programs

Knights of Columbus Andy Valley Council 8742 of Auburn has received the Columbian Award for the 2009-2010 fraternal year.

District Deputy Roland Bergeron presented the award to past Grand Knight Tom Cremona and current Grand Knight Neil Marchesseault for the council’s excellence in sponsoring programs that serve the church, community, families, anti-abortion efforts and youth.
