11/5 at 8:03 a.m. James M. Hamilton, 23, of Gray, was arrested by Officer Joseph Pellitier on Hunter Road on charges of criminal mischief, criminal threatening and violations of conditions of release.
11/5 at 4:05 p.m. Jerry Gibson, 28, of Auburn, was arrested by Officer Thomas Gabbard on Main Street on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and on a warrant.
11/6 at 10:58 p.m. Matthew Carl Robinson, 30, of Fairfield, was arrested by Officer Brandon Paxton on Interstate 295-North on a charge of operating under the influence.
Summonses
11/2 at 1:30 p.m. A 10-year-old boy was issued a summons at Mast Landing School by Officer McMannus on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
11/2 at 4:33 p.m. Two 17-year-old boys of Portland and a 17-year old boy of Standish were issued summonses by Officer Joseph Pellitier and Sgt. John Perrino on Allen Range Road on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking and transfer.
11/6 at 12:50 p.m. Colby Ray Thompson, 21, of North Yarmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Paul Powers on Mallett Drive on a charge of unauthorized taking or transfer.
Resident votes no on 1
11/2 at 12:18 p.m. A resident of Harbor Ridge Road contacted police to report that a person going door to door representing a political campaign asked to use their bathroom. Police reportedly found the person and explained what was considered appropriate to some residents may be inappropriate to others.
Part karma, part auto parts
11/2 at 4:33 p.m. According to police three 17-year-old boys drove to Allen Range Road Used Auto Parts and appeared to shop around for items. They loaded up their truck and left without paying for the parts. Police found the boys and spoke to them about returning the property. When the driver of the truck turned around to return the property, the truck wheel got caught on a ledge or outcropping causing an accident and damage to the truck. The boys were issued summonses and released to their parents.
