‘Nutcracker’ ushers in holiday shows
MAINE STATE BALLET stages a traditional version of “The Nutcracker” with two weekends of performances at Merrill Auditorium. The ballet, with a live orchestra and lush costumes, inaugurates an intense monthlong string of holiday concerts and events.
