4/5 at 2:19 p.m. Tina H. Ricci, 28, of South Portland, was arrested on Waterman Drive by Officer Theodore Sargent on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking and on a warrant.

4/8 at 10:50 a.m. Jennifer A. Robinson, 26, of South Portland, was arrested on C Street by Officer Theodore Sargent on a charge of domestic violence assault.

Herford hit twice

4/6 and 4/8 Police were called to two reports of residential burglaries on Herford Avenue. In each case, police said residents reported numerous missing items, including jewelry and electronics. There was no sign of forced entry at either home.

Boy nicked for pill sale

4/6 at 11:28 a.m. Officer Allen Andrews issued a summons to a 15-year-old boy for allegedly selling suspected prescription medication, a schedule Z drug, to another person. 

Muffed catalytic caper

4/7 at 12:46 p.m. Police responded to an attempted theft report on Thaddeus Street. Police said it appeared as though someone had damaged the muffler system of a pickup truck in an unsuccessful effort to remove the catalytic converter.
