6/3 at 8:14 a.m. William Arthur Buck, 42, of South Portland, was arrested by Officer Rory Diffin on Spurwink Avenue on charges of operating after suspension and violation of conditions of release.

6/5 at 11:23 p.m. David Nichols Fisher, 71, of Wildwood Drive, was arrested by Officer Rory Diffin on Wildwood Drive on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

5/31 A 15-year-old boy of Cape Elizabeth was issued a summons by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of obstructing report of a crime.

6/1 at 12:07 a.m. Matthew Ross, 19 of South Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Ben Davis on Mitchell Road on a charge of possession of alcohol.

Lock it up

6/1 Residents of Stephenson Street, Mitchell Road and Lyndon Lane contacted police to report missing iPods, loose change, a change purse, cell phone chargers, prescription medicine and a GPS unit from their vehicles. A resident of Lewiston visiting Fort Williams reported a missing wallet from their vehicle. Police advise residents and visitors to lock their cars to avoid these thefts.
