7/10 at 1:10 a.m. Charles H. Clement, 20, of Lower Falls Road, was arrested on Gray Road by Officer Lucas Hallett on charges of illegal transportation of liquor by a minor and operating under the influence.

7/12 at 8:10 a.m. Joseph R. Scanlon, 46, of Matthews Lane, Topsham, was arrested on I-295 by Officer Cheryl Dupuis on a charge of operating under the influence.
