9/12 at 9:31 a.m. Giovanni Ortiz, 34, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was arrested on Cabela Boulevard by Officer Timothy Dalton on charges of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and illegal possession of a firearm.

9/12 at 5:56 p.m. Joshua M. Cousens, 36, of Water Street, Biddeford, was arrested on Pine Point Road by Officer Robert Moore on charges of operating when a license was suspended or revoked, failure to stop for an officer, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and violating bail conditions of release.

9/14 at 2:44 a.m. Robert E. Burt, 37, of Davis Street, Pittsfield, was arrested on Cabela Boulevard by Officer Melissa DiClemente on a charge of violating bail conditions of release.

9/16 at 5:04 p.m. Patricia M. Bleech, 57, of Willis Street, Portland, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Garrett Strout on charges of operating when a license was suspended or revoked and violating bail conditions of release.

9/16 at 8:57 p.m. Terence M. McCullough, 52, of U.S. Route 1, was arrested on Scarborough Downs Road by Officer Douglass Weed on a warrant.

9/17 at 6:32 p.m. Christopher J. Millard, 42, of Newell Ridge Road, Cumberland, was arrested on Broadturn Road by Officer Douglas Weed on a warrant.

9/18 at 4:42 p.m. Edgar Gonzalo Chiquin, 31, of U.S. Route 1, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of operating without a license and operating under the influence.

9/18 at 9:13 p.m. Erik C. Saunders, 33, of Portland Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of operating under the influence and violating bail conditions of release.

9/14 at 1:13 a.m. Charles E. Sanborn III, 18, of Maple Avenue, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Michael Beeler on a charge of operating when suspended or revoked.

9/15 at 5:59 p.m. Addison C. Guarisco, 19, of Springbrook Lane, was issued a summons on Springbrook Lane by Officer Eric Lippincott on a charge of domestic-violence assault.

9/16 at 1:43 a.m. Joshua Michael Taylor Howell, 20, of Dawson Street, South Portland, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of operating while a license was suspended or revoked and transportation of liquor by a minor.

9/17 at 4:09 p.m. John R. Edmonds, 57, of Wells, was issued a summons on Black Point Road by Officer Derek Laflin on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

9/17 at 9:51 p.m. Judith Roy, 68, of Second Avenue, was issued a summons on Black Point Road by Officer Robert Moore on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/18 at 11:29 a.m. Ryan Byther, 35, of River Woods Drive, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Garrett Strout on charges of operating while a license was suspended or revoked and violating bail conditions of release.

Hotel Hide-away

9/12 at 5:56 p.m. A woman driving near the intersection of Pine Point Road and Route 1 called police after reportedly being struck by a U-Haul truck with Arizona plates. The woman said the truck had driven off, and suspected the driver was intoxicated. Officers caught up with the truck and pulled it over, at which point the driver reportedly ran out of the vehicle and fled. Officers later found the alleged driver, Joshua M. Cousens, 36, of Water Street, Biddeford, at the Wind Song Motel in Old Orchard Beach and arrested him on charges of operating with a suspended license, failure to stop for an officer, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and violating bail conditions of release.
