WALES — The Mt. Ararat Middle School girls basketball teams took on Oak Hill on Tuesday.

The Mt. Ararat eighthgrade girls fell to Oak Hill, 36- 18.

Sara Lamb led the Eagles with eight points. Katie Sylvester had a 3-pointer and Eva Jerome, Alyssa Kidd and Brianna Hamilton contributed offensively.

Ali Parker and Rachel Eggleston led the way defensively.

The Mt. Ararat seventhgarders prevailed, 29-12.

Anna Manuel and Nikki Bradstreet each scored five points, while Karley McCourt and Katelyn Cox both scored four.

Lauren Labbay, Mckenzie Weathers, Mikala Dwelley, Kate Guerin and Emily Giggey were also offensive contributors for the Eagles.
