HARPSWELL — Catherine and Donald Curry of Harpswell are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Bradford George Curry, to Shannon Melissa Taylor.

Curry is a 2004 graduate of Mt. Ararat High School and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Trident University, and currently works at IBM in Raleigh, N.C.

Taylor is the daughter of Karen and Larry Taylor of Kinston, N.C. She is a 2003 graduate of Arendell Parrott Academy in Kinston, N. C., and studied at East Carolina University. She is currently working as a clinical nurse at Wake Internal Medicine in Raleigh, N.C.

The couple currently lives in Cary, N.C.

A vineyard wedding is planned for May 26, 2012.
