PORTLAND — Gov. Paul LePage is delivering the welcoming remarks as more than 500 real estate professionals gather for an annual real-estate conference in Portland.
The Maine Real Estate & Development Foundation is hosting its annual Real Estate Forecast Conference and member showcase Thursday at the Holiday Inn by the Bay.
The event provides an overview of Maine’s commercial real estate market by region and by sector, ranging from office and retail space to industrial, residential and multi-family properties.
University of Southern Maine economist Charles Colgan will deliver his economic forecast for the state.
