FREEPORT — Jan Zimmerman will tell stories and make music for an hour, beginning at 10 a.m. Monday at Freeport Community Library.

“A storyteller, musician, teacher and artist, Jan uses her love of the arts and words to weave stories that will capture your attention and imagination,” a Freeport Community Library release states. “Her many voices give life to fun, frolicking and fantastic tales from around the world that entertain and warm the hearts of all ages.”

The event is free and open to all families.
