Ethan M. Zwaan, 21, of 209 Chops Cross Road, Woolwich, March 31, 10:51 p.m. charged with operating under the influence, violating condition of release and failing to notify owner of unattended vehicle collision, on Lambard Street.
Scott Coombs, 35, of 36B Water St., Brunswick, March 16, 11:17 am, charged on four warrants and with violation of conditions of release, on Beacon Street.
