FAIRFIELD — Justin Pierce tallied three goals as the Mt. Ararat High School jayvee boys soccer team sprinted to a 7-0 victory over Lawrence on Tuesday.

Alex Sharpe (assisted by Lucas Sharpe) gave the Eagles a 1-0 lead, with Pierce scoring three consecutive goals for a 4-0 edge. Kenny Stimpson (Ryan Emmons), Alex Halliday (Evan Lichter) and Ben Bishop chipped in one goal each to complete the scoring.

Playing well for the Eagles were Devon Drew, Deamonte Stupinski, Sean Bolduc and Trevor Mayo. Jon Roux and Mason Griffin manned the Mt. Ararat net, with Griffin handling one shot.

Mt. Ararat is scheduled to visit Skowhegan on Saturday.
