Line crews were out just after daybreak in Yarmouth on Tuesday near the intersection of Princess Point Road and Gilman Road, where Hurricane Sandy knocked down a tree that blocked the road and took down power lines. The linemen said they had been working into Monday night when high winds forced them to delay until morning.
