TOPSHAM — Spectrum Generations has named Stacy Frizzle as the newest member of its Southern Midcoast Maine Community Center’s Local Advisory Council located in Topsham.

Frizzle is executive director of People Plus, a nonprofit organization that supports an engaged, healthy and independent life for older adults, while joining with others to build community for all ages.

Spectrum Generations is central Maine’s Area Agency on Aging and Aging and Disability Resource Center with community centers not only in Topsham, but also in Damariscotta, Rockland, Hallowell, Belfast, Skowhegan and Waterville.

With the addition of Frizzle to the council, Spectrum Generations is in a position to benefit from the experience of the People Plus organization.

“We are very excited about having Stacy become part of our advisory council. This partnership will help both organizations deliver better services to a broader group of people,” said David Brown, center director of Spectrum Generations’ Southern Midcoast Community Center.
