TOPSHAM — Family Christian Fellowship will hold an open house service on Sunday from 10 a.m. to noon. New lead Pastor David Novaria will to speak on “Jesus Your Healer.”

Contemporary worship will begin the service followed by Novaria teaching who Jesus is as healer and how that applies to people’s lives today. A time of prayer for those who are sick will follow the teaching.

“Many people wonder if it is still God’s will to heal, so we want to dispel the myths about this subject,” said Novaria. “We have great expectation that people will experience healing in their own bodies.”

“I used to need to wear glasses all the time, but last year God just healed my eyes and now I don’t even own a pair of glasses,” said Novaria’s 11-year-old daughter,

Gabrielle.

David Novaria and his wife, Jennifer, were installed last June as the lead pastors of Family Christian Fellowship. Together they have five children and provide foster care to others in need. The Novarias’ also own Safe Haven Farm in Durham, a horse training center that hosts youth riding clinics in the summer.

Light refreshments will be available before the service. Nursery is available for those will young children.

Family Christian Fellowship is located in the Freedom Life Center, 655 Augusta Road, Route 201, Topsham. For more information, call the office at 729-4688.
