Connecticut author and emerging poet James Arthur will talk about his debut book of poetry, “Charms Against Lightening.”
The collection offers multi-layered reflections of the everyday that include stirring accounts of travel, intimate moments of solitude and encounters with the ineffable. Arthur’s talk is part of the library’s Brown Bag Lecture Series.
Those attending are invited to bring their lunch.
