AUBURN — Fontaine, a top 10 realty firm in Maine, recently honored its sales team for outstanding results in 2012.

“Each year, we celebrate the work that the Fontaine Team produced in helping our customers buy and sell their properties,” said Brenda Fontaine, owner of Fontaine — The Real Estate Leader. “Last year, we had our best year ever.”

The entire staff was recognized for closing on 353 units with sales results of $46.5 million.

“With nine sales agents and six support staff, our team averaged over 39 units per agent. That’s one of the highest per agent sales averages in the country,” said Fontaine.

The 2012 top Sales Leader Award went to Clayton Larochelle, with 67 closed units at $10.8 million in sales.

The Peak Performer Awards went to Bill Bergeron, with 50 units closed and $7 million in sales, and Pat Long-Cressey, with 44 units closed and $4.6 million in sales. Long-Cressey was noted for increasing her production by 46 percent.

Outstanding Achiever Awards were earned by Deb Morin, with 34 closed units at $4 million in sales, and Beth Favreau, with 30 closed units and $3.8 million in sales.

Other multimillion-dollar producers were Harriet Cummings with 22 closed units and more than $3 million in sales, Chad Sylvester with 16 closed units and $1.7 million in sales, and Nick Trider with 14 closed units and $2.2 million in sales.

This year, Fontaine is celebrating its 30th anniversary in the real estate business. A customer appreciation celebration is planned for September.
