AUBURN — Saltwater Harbor Financial LLC of Brunswick recently announced a partnership with Kennebec Valley Community Action Program (KVCAP) to offer first-time home buyer classes.
The class is being held in two parts — on Saturday, May 11 and Saturday, May 18 — at East Coast Mortgage Group on 316 Center St. in Auburn. Attending both days is required for full credit.
There is a $30 participant fee. All fees are waived for veterans, thanks to sponsors and KVCAP.
The hoMEworks class is a 10-hour educational class taught by industry professionals in an educational, non-sales oriented environment. All classes require advance registration.
